Foam-safe spray paint Glitter

Fresh flowers and greens: Fujis mums, 3; hybrid delphinium, 2; Vulkenfried delphinium, 3; stock, 4; salal; leather leaf; lily grass
Pan glue or waterproof tape

| Instructions |
Design Tip: For an all around centerpiece, embellish both sides of stars, allowing each side to dry completely before decorating the opposite side. Add flowers to both sides of arrangement.

1. Cut foam brick in half; reserve one half for future use. Using pan glue or waterproof tape, secure foam into design tray:
- If using glue, dip dry floral foam into pan glue and secure onto tray. Float foam and tray in water until soaked.
- If using waterproof tape, soak fresh floral foam in water and drain. Place in design tray and secure to container with waterproof tape by taping over foam in a criss-cross pattern, securing tape onto sides of tray.

| 2. Spray stars with desired color spray paint. Apply craft glue in desired pattern and sprinkle with with sequins and beads, pressing them into craft glue. Spray with glitter glue and apply glitter to points of stars. Add decorative pins to enhance pattern, trimming long pins first, so they don't protrude through back of design. Allow to dry completely. |
| 3. Insert two wood picks into each bottom point of 12" star. Place into wet foam. |
| 4. Cut one 8" - 10" length of aluminum wire. Dip end of wire in pan glue and insert into side of 12" star as pictured. Place small dab of pan glue on exposed end of wire and insert into 6" star. Add additional lengths of aluminum wire in the same manner to stabilize. |
| 5. Cut two 3" lengths of aluminum wire and insert into third star using above technique. Add additional lengths of wire as needed to stabilize. |
| 6. Cut several 8" - 12" lengths of aluminum wire. Using needle nose pliers, curl ends to form spirals. Insert straight end into stars as pictured. |
| 7. Green centerpiece with salal and leather leaf, inserting foliage into floral foam. Cut and insert three fuji mums in linear manner as pictured to form slight crescent. Cut and insert remaining flowers as pictured. |
| 8. Add additional curled lengths of aluminum wire to embellish arrangement as pictured, inserting ends of wire into floral foam. |
| 9. Accent with lily grass, inserting individual stems of grass into arrangement to create a "shooting star" effect. |
| 10. Spray fuji mums with glitter glue and sprinkle with additional sequins and beads. |
| 11. Spray with anti-transpirant spray. |
