| 1. Wax serrated knife with candle stub or paraffin. Measure and cut a piece from foam sheet to fit inside bottom of container; glue foam in place to secure. |
| 2. Trace desired purse shape onto remainder of foam sheet; cut out. Cut additional thin strips of foam to enlarge purse base as needed; glue strips to purse. "Sand" cut foam edges with scrap foam. |
| 3. Spray paint front and sides of purse purple; let dry. Insert wooden floral picks into base of purse; push pick ends into top of floral foam brick. |
| 4. Cut stems from carnations. Use toothpicks or greening pins to secure flower heads to surface of foam purse; create pattern as desired. |
| 5. Cut a 12" length of aluminum wire and spiral wrap with pearl string trim, leaving straight 2" wire tails at each end. Secure pearls at each end of handle with bullion wire; cut excess. Dip handle ends into pan glue and insert into purse top at each end. |
| 6. Cut two 12" lengths of aluminum wire. Using needlenose pliers, curl one end of each wire into tight spiral. Insert straight ends into top of purse and twist spirals together to create clasp. Cut and curl several more 12" wire lengths, twisting wires into "S" shapes; set aside. |
| 7. Use pliers to form monogram from aluminum wire; cut excess. Cut several 1" lengths of aluminum wire and bend into pins using pliers; secure monogram to purse using wire pins. |
| 8. Glue or tape floral foam brick to foam in container. Apply glue to foam brick and cover with sisal fiber; let dry. Insert wire coils created in Step 6 into foam base. |
| 9. Spray arrangement with anti-transpirant spray. |
