Rustic Tussy Mussy Trio

| MATERIALS NEEDED: |
STYROFOAM* Brand Foam:
Cones, 4" x 2-1/2", three
Other Materials:
Satin ribbon, color of choice, 5/8" x 2 yds.
Sphagnum sheet moss
Flowers of choice, or: dried-look silk roses; dyed eucalyptus; natural statice; blue caspia
Twigs, 18"-36" long, six
Fine-gauge floral wire
Ruler
Scissors
Wire cutters
Low-temp glue gun and glue sticks
Thick, white craft glue

| INSTRUCTIONS: |
| 1. Use glue gun to glue sheet moss around sides of each foam cone, completely covering surface and overlapping base 1/2". |
| 2. Cut ribbon into three 24" lengths. Tie one ribbon length around each cone as shown. |
| 3. Cut three 6" lengths from floral wire. Dip one end of each wire into white glue; glue wires deep into top back edge of each cone; opposite ends of wires will be used to attach cones to twig bundle. |
| 4. Cut flowers into small clusters. Dip stems into white glue and, using photo as guide, insert directly into tops of cones. Let dry. |
| 5. Gather twigs into bundle; wrap center with wire. Wrap bundle twice more to secure, placing wire where it will be hidden by cones. To hang, make and attach small wire loops to each end of twig bundle. |
| 6. Wire cones to twig bundle as shown. |
