STYROFOAM™ Brand Foam:
Discs, 6" x 1", 4
Balls: 3", 4; 2- 1/2", 6; 2", 4
Other Materials:
Clear cellophane, 24" x 24", four pieces
Dowel rods, 1/4" x 18", 3
Ribbon, 1/2" x 3 to 4 yds
Sharp pencil
Small paintbrush
Acrylic craft paint
Clear cellophane tape
6" wired wood picks
Fresh flowers and greens: roses, 6; carnations, 6; salal; leather leaf
Plastic design tray, 12"
Fresh floral foam, grande brick
Floral knife
Wire cutters or snips
Pan glue or waterproof tape for securing foam in container

| Instructions |
| 1. Using pencil, draw patterns on discs of STYROFOAM™ brand foam. Paint designs, dabbing with brush as necessary for thorough coverage. Let dry. Reseve one disc for later. |
| 2. Cut ends of dowel rods at an angle and insert into bottoms of three discs. Insert at least two inches into each disc for stability. |
| 3. Fold cellophane in half, placing one lollipop in center of fold. Wrap sides of cellophane around the disc, gathering at bottom around dowel. Twist and secure with cellophane tape. Repeat with remaining lollipops. |
| 4. Using 15-18" length of ribbon, tie ribbon in simple bow over gathered and taped cellophane at base of each lollipop discs. |
| To make Bonbons: |
| 1. Place ball at bottom center edge of cellophane. Roll ball in cellophane to form a tube and secure with tape. |
| 2. Twist each end of cellophane around bonbon and secure with tape. |
| 3. Cut ribbon into 12" lengths. Tie simple bow at each end of bonbon over tape. (Bonbons can also be used with no bow at ends.) |
| 4. Repeat for each bonbon. |
| 5. Optional: Create additional bonbons with ribbon ties for place setting favors. |
| To create arrangement: |
|
1. Cut foam brick in half; reserve one half for future use. Using pan glue or waterproof tape, secure foam into design tray:
- If using glue, dip dry floral foam into pan glue and secure onto tray. Float foam and tray in water until soaked.
- If using waterproof tape, soak fresh floral foam in water and drain. Place in design tray and secure to container with waterproof tape by taping over foam in a criss-cross pattern, securing tape onto sides of tray.

| 2. Cut lollipop dowels to staggered lengths and place in floral foam as pictured. |
| 3. Green arrangement with salal and leather leaf, inserting foliage into wet floral foam. |
| 4. Using clear cellophane, create bonbon out of reserved 6" disc as above, tying ribbon at each end. |
| 5. Bind wired wood picks onto one end of each bonbon. The wire will virtually disappear under the ribbon or in the twist of the cellophane. Place large disc bonbon in center of fresh arrangement. Insert remaining bonbons into foam in centerpiece as pictured. |
| 6. Cut fresh flower stems at an angle and insert into foam to fill spaces between bonbons. |
