INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare pot: Paint pink; let dry. Sponge paint white; let dry. Cut felt circle slightly smaller than pot bottom; glue to bottom. Fill pot with 1" foam pieces; glue in place. Cover top with green shred.
2. Using cookie cutters, cut from 1/2" foam sheet: one bunny, three 3 1/2" eggs and two 2 1/2" eggs. If necessary, smooth rough edges by "sanding" with a scrap piece of foam. Insert skewers into center bottom of each shape; these will serve as handles. Using fingers, cover shapes with a smooth layer of spackling compound. Dry on waxed paper. Sand smooth.
3. Mix approximately 4 tablespoons thin-bodied glue and 6 - 8 drops of one paint color. Brush mixture onto shapes. Our model used one each pink, blue and yellow large eggs; one brown and one pink small eggs; and one brown bunny. Stand skewers in scrap of foam to dry (do not insert skewer into pot). Apply varnish; let dry.
4. Using dimensional paints, outline eggs and then decorate with polka dots, diagonal and squiggly lines, swirls, and flowers. Add eyes to bunny.
5. Remove skewers and replace with clean ones, dipping one end in glue before inserting into foam shape. Tie pink ribbon around skewer under bunny's chin. Arrange shapes in pot, cutting skewers to desired lengths. When you're satisfied with the arrangement, dip end of each skewer in glue and insert in pot.
