Eerie, Cheery Ghostly Trio Designed by Kathleen George
Typical Project Completion Time: 1-2 hours (does not include drying time)
| MATERIALS NEEDED: |
STYROFOAM* Brand Products: Cones, one each 9", 12", 15"
Other Materials:
Fabric, 1 yd. white cotton
Tagboard, 1 sheet white
Acrylic craft paint, black
Ribbon, 1/2" x 24", orange
Straight pins
Paintbrush, small
Scissors
Masking tape
Plastic wrap
Thick, white craft glue or low temperature glue gun and glue sticks |

| INSTRUCTIONS: |
| 1. Using patterns, cut out fabric for each ghost. |
| 2. Cover work surface with plastic wrap. Dip fabric in fabric stiffener, following manufacturer's instructions. Pin fabric at top of cone and wrap fabric around cone, forming evenly-spaced folds. Over lap edges at back of cone; pin in place. Let dry. |
| 3. Using patterns, cut arms from tagboard. Fold back 1/2" at ends of arms, forming tab. Gently slide arms over edge of tabletop until they curve slightly. Glue and pin arms in place on ghosts. |
| 4. Paint on faces, following photo or using your own imagination. |
| 5. Cut ribbon in thirds; tie bows and pin to ghosts for bowties. |
