INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Trace disc twice on wrong side of satin fabric; cut out, adding a 1/2" seam allowance all around. Place fabric circle, right side up, on disc; clip edges at 1/2" intervals. Spread thick white glue on tabs using toothpick; glue tabs to disc. (Hint: using toothpicks to spread glue will keep fingers - and the fabric, cleaner.) Repeat with other fabric circle, covering bottom of disc. Glue 7/8" satin ribbon around edge of disc; glue 7/8" lace trim over ribbon. Spray top and sides with glitter.
2. Enlarge arch pattern; cut arch from foam sheet using serrated knife. (Hint: for smoother cuts, wax the knife blade with an old candle.) Use a scrap of foam to sand and smooth rough edges.
3. Insert toothpicks into center bottom of bells to use as handles while decorating. Spread wax paper over work surface. Using paintbrush, spread thin-bodied craft glue all over bells and three sides of arch. While glue is still wet, sprinkle with glitter. Insert toothpicks in foam scrap while drying. When arch is dry, glitter remaining side.
4. Refer to photo while trimming bells. Measure around bottom edge of bell, and cut to fit the lace and pearl trim, adding 1/4" for overlap; glue in place. Cut two flowers from 5" pic, leaving 1" of wire. Remove toothpicks and glue flower "clappers" in their place.
5. Make hanger for bells. Knot 13" length of 1/8" ribbon, 3/4" from each end. Fold ribbon and tie a loop at top, leaving a 2" and 4" tail. Using toothpick, make holes in top of bells; insert ribbon tail, including knot, into top of each bell. Divide remaining portion of 5" pic and glue flowers to tops of bells. Cut two 12" lengths of 5/8" ribbon; tie in bows, trim tails and glue to tops of bells.
6. Glue a floral pic into center bottom of each leg, leaving about 3/4" protruding. Center arch on disc and gently push to mark location of pics. Use a toothpick to poke through fabric for each pic.
7. Refer to photo while trimming arch. Cut to fit and glue 1/4" braid along all four edges of arch. Make two six-loop bows with center knots from 1-1/4 yd. lengths of 5/8" ribbon; secure with floral wire. Glue a bow to top of arch on each side. Cut four 13" lengths of 5/8 ribbon; make three loops in each length and secure with floral wire. Wire one loop spray into each 8" bridal spray. Curve 8" sprays to match the curve in the arch and glue to either side of bows. Make a hole in center bottom of arch; insert and glue bells.
8. Apply glue to pics in the bottom of the arch. Insert pics into disc and glue in place. Glue satin floral pics to the inside and outside edges of arch, and the 5" sprays to the front and back.
